Edward Gilbert

Managing Director

 Edward Gilbert heads the team with 30 years experience, within the indsutry working locally in Golders Green and Hampstead Garden Suburb for nearly 17 years including working for Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward. Edward joined Moreland in the summer of 2000 as a director and shortly after, bought the business outright. Edward is married with three children.

Saul Fagelson

Sales

Our longest servicing member of the team who has worked for Moreland for nearly 8 years, he knows the area like the back of his hand, mainly dealing with buyers, but visits the majority of properties with Edward on market appraisals or pre taking prospective buyers to view. Saul attended JFS in Camden and has a huge network within the community through his school and family connections. He is married with a young son who keeps him very busy when he is not jetting off visiting his brother in New York on a yearly basis. Now retired from regular football, previously playing for Chigwell Athletics as a regular member of the team as the trusty leftback! Saul has a great enthusiasm for the job, everyday helping people find their ideal property, whether it be a small one bedroom apartment to start life on the property ladder or helping find a large family home - many people returning having received an exceptional service or just to see his comforting smiling face with those pearly white teeth!

Adam Barnes

Sales

Adam is entering his 13th year in the Estate agency world, working for small successful independent to large corporate companies such as Chesterton Humberts and as a sales manager at Townends, with experience in lettings and estate management. However, his expertise lies in residential sales and new homes. With two older brothers within the building and property industry, it was no surprise to his parents that he followed in their footsteps. Having grown up and attended school in Enfield, he’s recently moved in with his girlfriend in East Finchley. His spare time is spent captaining his football team and playing golf.

Wayne Scott

Lettings Manager

Wayne Scott began his career in real estate 18 years ago, previously in sales, switching to lettings, working for Spicer McColl, Adam Kennedy and The Halifax property services. Wayne believes the recipe for a great letting service is good management, coupled with professionalism, personality and passion. He always goes that extra mile to ensure the very best for all his clients. Waynes believes that communication is the key to the success of a lettings campaign. He is the kind of agent who enjoys the process of getting to know his clients. For Wayne, "establishing good lines of communication is critical." he added "it's important that clients know what to expect of the market when it comes to letting their property."

Richard Seymour

Lettings

Richard is the latest arrival to the Moreland team, starting his apprenticeship two years ago with Wayne and continuing to work for countrywide residential lettings. Richard is a hungry and enthusiastic lettings negotiator with a strong desire to offer exceptional service in a somewhat difficult and testing market.
Richard quotes “professionalism and exceptional customer service are at the fore front of my mind at all times” and went on to say "In this market we must distinguish ourselves by surpassing our competition with a second to none service!  It’s important to be honest and transparent with both tenants and landlords throughout every transaction."
Richard graduated from Fortismere school with 11 straight A’s  and has been living locally for the past 12 years and has unprecedented geographical knowledge of the surrounding area’s.
