Mark Pesci
SalesMark is now positioned in Golders Green having spent 4 very successful years in the United States working for 2 International property Brokerages. He brings with him a wealth of experience that will help our office further establish itself.
Mark began his career with Adam Kennedy and quickly moved on to manage 3 offices throughout North London through the 1990's. Mark made a move to Canada in 2004 and studied at the Ontario Real estate college passing both Phase 1 & 2 examinations before securing a post with Coldwell Banker. The opportunity to move south into the USA in the summer of 2005 was an exciting opportunity and he spent 2 years completing on 72 transactions personally. Mark finished in the top 5% out of some 3000 agents across the State. He secured the 'Circle of excellence award 2 years in succession before switching to a Sothebys affiliated Estate agent in the Autumn of 2007.
Mark has decided to bring his family back home and we are pleased to have him on board with us. At just 38 years of age he possesses an energy and passion for the industry that gets results every time.

LettingsI have worked in Lettings for nearly 10 years starting off a junior Lettings Negotiator and have worked up to Senior Lettings Negotiator experiencing many different areas inside and out of London and have become knowledgeable in each area I have worked in. I also managed the lettings department and have built up the company in my previous employment and my own reputation through providing excellent customer service through understanding the clients needs.
I have been raised and brought up in North London so I am very familiar with the ever changing and expanding rental market in this area. I have been able to acquire new skills throughout my lettings career and have enjoyed working and meeting new people and seeing and letting a variety of new properties.
